Clean, most comfortable and lovely staff
The staff were incredible helpful on the most part. They did support us changing rooms when the second part was too far aware for my partner with mobility issues and they did change it again when the second room was very noisy. The rooms in the block above the hotel are modern, clean and comfortable. The rooms further back into the resort are definitely aged with less modern updates. Incredible buffet breakfast and an adequate pool.
Noisy in some of the rooms - little sound proofing. The pillows are not high quality.

What was the highlight of Pakasai Resort
Nice stay in a welcoming and green hotel.
The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The facilities were nice. The garden was absolutely gorgeous. The location was perfect: a few minutes walk from night markets and the beach. The breakfast was "simple" but very nice and with many options.
The room was clean but a bit dated (compared to the pictures) and damp (stay was during moonsoon season). The bed sheets were not great and the shower a bit dated as well. Nothing too dramatic though.

Great stay
The room and public areas were very clean and tidy. The staff were great especially the pool bar and those working in the reception.
The steps to our room.... A long way up but the exercise was good. Coffee at breakfast could have been better..
